As we all know, YouTuber CarryMinati's viral video TikTok vs YouTube The End was recently taken off by YouTube. But many of us don't know the reason right ?

So here I am to explain the real reason for take down of CarryMinati's video.

Who is CarryMinati ? 

Ajey Nagar(famous as CarryMinati), is a Faridabad resident who is known for his roast videos, comedy sketches and satirical parodies. The YouTuber has over 18 million subscribers. In the recent controversial video, he roasted a popular TikTok star, Amir Siddiqui, who gave reply in an illogical way to the YouTubers who roasted video.

What's the matter ?

In the recent controversial video, CarryMinati roasted a popular TikTok star, Amir Siddiqui, who gave reply in an illogical way to the YouTubers who roasted TikTokers. CarryMinati allegedly made objectionable comments such as 'mithai ki dukan mein le jaunga toh 200 mein bik jayega' (You will be sold for just Rs 200 at a confectionary shop).

This lead to several controversies between Indian YouTubers and TikTokers.

Why was the Video deleted ?

YouTube updated its harassment policy in December,2019 which clearly said, "We will not tolerate harassment." And Carry's YouTube video was a pretty targetted attack at TikTok's self-proclaimed social influencer Amir Siddiqui. "We have strict policies that prohibit harassment on YouTube, including using malicious insults based on intrinsic attributes such as sexual orientation. We quickly remove content that violates these policies when flagged by our users," YouTube's response to the incident.

And there were around ten thousand reports on the video. So obviously, the video was had to be taken down.

Fan's response

Carry's fans were super angry to YouTube and TikTok.

CarryMinati received a lot of support from his fans who made these tags trend #BringBackCarryMinatiYoutubeVideo on Twitter. Various YouTubers like Technical Guruji, Hindustani Bhau, Ashish Chanchlani, Roast2Hell also showed a lot of support to him.

Others uninstalled TikTok to show their support to YouTube. The hastag #bantiktok was also a recent trend. The rating of 5.4 fell down to less 2 stars. But the rating again went back to 5.4

Know why?

Hashtags like #JusticeForCarry, #carryminativideoback started trending on social media platforms in support of Carry from the fans.

Hater's response

A person who has lovers definitely have haters as well.

The tiktokers were very happy on take down of his video.

Some tweets said:

"Brown men like CarryMinati think cussing and using homophobic and transphobic slurs will make them reach max humor"

"Carry Minati is a homophobic piece of trash who needs to be banned. People who are enjoying his roasts have same kinda sick mentality."

CarryMinati's response:

Denying the accuses by the haters, CarryMinati said his comments was for a group TikTokers and not for individuals. He also said that the translation from Hindi to English drastically changed the meaning of his jokes.

In the most recent video of his he shared his sadness to the people. He said that it was hard to accept that his video was pulled down.

He also said that "Carry roast karega." which indicates that something big is gonna happen in his upcoming video.
